Install nodejs.

Install the following packages from npm:

• ramda: https://www.npmjs.com/package/ramda
• tasktimer: https://www.npmjs.com/package/tasktimer
• easymidi: https://www.npmjs.com/package/easymidi
• osc: https://www.npmjs.com/package/osc

Download and unzip the Konduktiva source.
